First Phase Core Academy (FPCA) is a private academic school and enrichment center serving students from Preschool through 12th Grade in Orlando, Florida. Our mission is to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing educational environment for students who need personalized learning support, including those with IEPs, learning differences, and unique behavioral or academic challenges.

We specialize in small-group instruction, individualized academic interventions, and culturally responsive curriculum to ensure that every student has the tools they need to succeed — at their own pace, in their own way.
